Characteristics of newly created grapevine varieties Vozd and Vladun

This paper presents the most important morphological and production-technological characteristics of newly created grapevine varieties Vozd Vladun, intended for production red wines. The were compared with standard variety Cabernet Sauvignon during three-year period testing (2015-2017) in relation studied properties. obtained from crossing combination Zacinak x Prokupac, Vladun Merlot Zupski Bojadiser. investigated differed considerably terms some traits represents unique genotypes. recognized have a hermaphrodite type flower, dense bunch, globose berry shape blue black color skin. yield, bunch weight, length width higher at both than variety. had yield 1.29 kg/m2 weight 174.3 g, 0.87 153.7 g. For grape was 0.78 134.0 content sugar total acids must 20.5% 6.5 g/l, while it 21.8% 6.0 g/l respectively. Wine drinkable, harmonious, specific varietal smell taste contained 12.1 vol. % alcohol (Vozd variety), or 12.6 (Vladun variety). Due to many positive features grapes wines varieties, their spread vineyards Serbia is expected.
